17 February 2001 Dear Nancy, This is T.S. You met me at Xxxxx's during the Feast of Tabernacles in Oct. 2000. We had a nice talk in the living room. I can't tell you how distressed I was when I heard of your illness. You are prominent in my prayers to our loving Father. Norman said that if anyone had any ideas about alternative treatments or literature, to write or send them to you. I Have a video tape called " Cancer doesn't scare me any more". It is the life of a woman doctor who cured her own breast cancer with alternative medicines and nutrition. She doesn't get any residuals for the information that she puts out there, but she recommends many book with very helpful ideas and basic nutritional health programs. She was an Emergency room physician in California. A very busy place. When she discovered a lump in her breast she went to her colleagues, just to find that they had only three ways of helping her. Cutting, burning, or poison. She decided against all three and came up with an alternative way to treat herself. As of the video she was cancer free and wanted to teach people that there were alternative ways to be treated. I will send it out on Monday morning. It should fit in your mail box. That's how I got it. Also I have a report from a doctor on Alternative medicines. The first thing she does is to detox the body and goes from there. It has helped me tremendously. With all the arthritis' that I have, I needed something more than the regular doctor prescriptions. I'm still working and I am much better than I've been in the past since we met. I may never be cured from the arthritis that I have, but I'm not any worse and they "the doctor's" said that I would be in a wheel chair within 5 yrs. of my checkup. It is now 8 yrs. and no wheel chair and I only have to use my cane on rare occasions. Praise Yah! Actually, T. (you met him and his wife D. also), keeps telling me that I still have the arthritis because my immune system is TOO good. So my body attacks itself so that it has something to do. lol I am beginning to take his observations to heart. I truly believe in the alternative medicines and I'm sure there is something out there that will help you. Now that you have some time to look for the correct course of action to take, make sure that it is the "right" one for you. Some of the people will send you to some internet sites that will help. This doctor on this video makes a lot of sense. I also use the book "Healthy life kitchen" by Marilou Henner. S. (my husband) and I eat a mostly vegetarian diet now and that has helped mightily. There are a lot of foods out there that are really not good for the body (the body that our loving Father gave us), but that society pressures us into thinking they are wonderful for our health. It is up to you, but I've felt even better since I've read the book and started following the diet. She has great recipes and there is so much to eat that will make our bodies well from so many things. Cancer is one of them. You might be able to get it at a library or sit for a few minutes at BARNES & NOBLES Book store, although any book store should have it in stock. I look at the pictures on the QB site from the Feast and I remember how nice you were to me, sitting in the living room listening to all my complaints. I know that Yahweh will bless you with a strong body again ( may it be soon). Sometimes it is hard to wait, but you are well blessed with people that care for you and will send their voices up to Him on your behalf.
