Hello y'all, This week has been a busy week and I have finally found a moment to sit down, recall the past week or so, and write it down in another update. We went to Tulsa Tuesday and Wednesday, was really busy all day Thursday and was back in Tulsa Friday. Got a good nights sleep and so I'm ready to write! I've gotten some good feedback about the website with Nancy's story on it. A couple people said that they couldn't get the link to work. I don't know what wouldn't have worked since it worked well for others. I can only think of two possible problems. If someone is retyping the website into their browser, they may not be typing in the "tilde" correctly (that little squiggly in front of "na3"). The other problem which is more likely is that the alpha5000 server was down. I've noticed that it occasionally goes down from time to time. Just try it again later. I think I will set up a mirror site. In fact, I just did. If alpha5000 doesn't work, try http://www.geocities.com/ournancy . You'll have to endure some advertising on this site. There is also a new picture of her smiling away. On Tuesday and Wednesday, we took some mind working classes. Here's the gist of what we did. We all think thoughts, one thought after another. We are always thinking about either something in the past or something in the future. It is said that 99.9% of our thoughts are either in the past or the future, what we did or what we are planning to do. Almost never is our mind on the very precise present moment. Our minds operate serially in the thought world. In other words, we think only one thought at a time. We might bounce back and forth from thought to thought rather quickly, but we still think quite serially. These thoughts occur on a single timeline. When one thought quits, we start up another thought. However, if we were to look very, very closely, we would find a very small, perhaps microscopic gap between one thought and another. Right there is where we can find ourselves at the very moment of the very present. Who are we? Am I my hand? Am I my head? Am I one of my thoughts? Who I am is actually the one who creates these thoughts and who operates my body parts. I am the thinker of my thoughts. Between these thoughts in this gap we are left with only the thinker of the thoughts-the actual you and me. So we have learned to get between these thoughts and to find the thinker. So, what does this accomplish? This allows us (Nancy specifically) to gain a completely different perspective on life. It helps us to see our priorities better. It helps us to live in the now and not in the past and not so much in the future. It helps us to better place our desires. It helps to calm the spirit. One of the many side effects of this is physical healing. All in all, this makes for a much more calm and happy person. Wednesday morning we visited the doctor's office again. A couple weeks ago we found a marker in the blood that can be used to monitor her progress. In a couple months we will go back and have another blood test to see how things are going. This time we hunted down another marker through a bio-electrical stress technique which we can test for much more easily than taking blood and sending it off and waiting. This uses computer monitored responses to very complex computer generated frequencies sent through the body to come up with different readings. The item tested that showed high was her Lymphatic Leukeminum Nosode. Another item that was close to that was her Lymphadenitis Nosode. What are those things? Not really sure-but they tested high! Well, Nancy is all packed up and ready to head out toward her Mom's in Florida. The car's in good shape and ready to go. We will miss her. I already told the kids that we are going to have french toast and macaroni and cheese for a solid month! I just hope I can keep up with all the cooking, cleaning and laundry and still try to progress on the house! Ah… the wonderful challenges of life. Ain't it great to be alive?!! I've already received a few requests for Nancy's mailing location in Florida. For those who wish to know: Nancy Brumm c/o Mary Turgeon 5377 S.
